Vietnam in 20 pictures

Well it was time to make a step backward and look back at the journey we accomplished in Vietnam. From Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoï with one good old 125cc bike, 2 bags and the 2 of us. The weather wasn’t always perfect but, despite what people told us, we loved everything about this country.

I went through the thousand of pictures taken during our trip and made a selection of 20 of them that talked to me, that, I thought, might decide you to travel to this great country, to also get a motorbike and do this journey. Because despite all the bad things you might have heard Vietnam is an amazing country with so many different landscape, different people and different cultures packed in one.

So pack your bag for 5 minutes and travel through Vietnam with us and then tell us: will you come and discover this beautiful place?

Ho Chi Minh City, Bao Loc, Dalat, Hoi An, Phong Nha Ke Bang National park, Halong Bay, Cat Ba Island, Hanoï, Sapa, those are all the town that are represented here. It’s difficult to reflect the beauty of such a country only with a couple of pictures but will it make you visit Vietnam?

    • We met quite a lot of people that didn’t like this country, it’s strange how we all get different experiences, and how this country get very mixed feelings from travellers. But I’m glad you enjoyed the photos though! 🙂

  1. We traveled in South Easia for 9 months last year, but could not make it to Vietnam… Your photos made me feel like going there even more!

  2. Really an excellent selection of photos. My favorite is the fisherman casting the net. From their expressions to the their action, that truly is a moment wonderfully captured.
